If for any reason you feel that Dion Snowshoes are not the best racing or hiking snowshoes you have ever purchased, you may return within 10 days for a refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). To obtain your return, please contact us and obtain an RMA number prior to shipping. Snowshoes returned without an RMA can not be refunded and/or returned. If you need to repair or replace any part(s) found to be defective, please contact us for information on the quickest method of obtaining repair or replacement.
