These cleats are made of aluminum and include a teflon coating to help prevent ice and snow from sticking. Great for heavier persons on groomed trails and packed snow.

The teeth are 1/2" in depth.

No problem with the standard cleat. There is a rear cleat that sits under the heel. That cleat wears out, but there is no way to replace it.

Switched out for the standard cleats for the icy singletrack. Much easier to run with. Love the option to choose based on trail conditions!
